Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or using the services of Studio 17 Salon. By booking an appointment or visiting our salon, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Studio 17 Salon website (www.studio71salon.in) and your engagement with our services. "Studio 17 Salon", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the salon operating from M3M 65th Avenue, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122101.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or visiting our salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Appointment Bookings
Appointments can be booked via:

- In-person at our salon
All online appointment requests are subject to availability confirmation by our team within 2 business hours. A booking is only confirmed once you receive explicit confirmation (call, WhatsApp, or email) from our team. The online booking form constitutes a request, not a confirmed appointment.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard services and at least 2 weeks in advance for bridal bookings.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Standard Services
- 24+ hours notice: Full cancellation with no charge. Rescheduling free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of ₹500 may be applied to cover stylist scheduling costs.
- No-show: A no-show fee of 50% of the booked service price may be applied before your next appointment is confirmed.
Bridal & Special Event Services
- 14+ days notice: Full refund of any deposit paid.
- 7–13 days notice: 50% of deposit retained.
- Less than 7 days notice: 100% of deposit retained. Balance payment waived.
- Day-of cancellation: Full service charge applies.
Cancellations must be communicated by phone (+91 98705 11109) or WhatsApp. Email cancellations are accepted but may not be processed as promptly.
4. Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays happen. However, to respect the time of all our clients:
- Arrival within 15 minutes of your appointment: We will do our best to accommodate your full service.
- Arrival 15–30 minutes late: We will accommodate where possible but may need to modify the service to complete within the remaining time.
- Arrival more than 30 minutes late: We may be required to reschedule your appointment. The cancellation policy may apply.
Please call ahead if you anticipate a delay — we will always try to accommodate loyal clients.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Final pricing may vary based on:
- Hair length (short / medium / long / extra-long)
- Hair thickness and density
- Complexity of the service or technique required
- Products used (standard vs. premium)
Our stylist will provide an accurate quote during the consultation before commencing the service. You are not obligated to proceed if the quoted price differs from your expectation.

- Cash (INR)
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Bank transfer (for bridal bookings only)
Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We do not offer credit terms.
6. Services & Consultations
All services commence with a professional consultation. We strongly encourage clients to:
- Share reference images for colour and styling services
- Disclose any previous chemical treatments, hair history, or scalp conditions
- Communicate any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment
Studio 17 Salon reserves the right to decline or modify a service if our stylists, in their professional judgment, determine that the requested service could cause damage to your hair or scalp. In such cases, alternative treatments will be recommended.
7. Allergy & Patch Test Policy
A patch test is mandatory for all colour, highlighting, and chemical treatment services if:
- You are a first-time colour client at our salon
- You have had an allergic reaction to hair colour in the past
- There has been a gap of more than 12 months since your last colour service
- You have recently undergone medical treatment or significant health changes
Patch tests must be conducted at least 48 hours before the service appointment. We reserve the right to decline colour services where a patch test has not been performed or where the test result indicates a risk of reaction.
By proceeding with a chemical service, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information and that the patch test result (where applicable) was satisfactory.
8. Liability
Studio 17 Salon takes every reasonable precaution to deliver safe, professional services. However:
- We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or prior chemical treatments not communicated to us.
- We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property (clothing, accessories, devices) during your visit.
- Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the price paid for that specific service.
These limitations do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service:
- Please raise your concern with the stylist or manager before leaving the salon — we will address it immediately.
- If you raise a concern within 48 hours of your appointment, we will offer a complimentary adjustment service.
- Concerns raised after 48 hours, or where the service has been altered by a third party, may not qualify for a complimentary adjustment.
Refunds are not offered for services where the stylist has followed the agreed consultation. Adjustments are our preferred resolution.
10. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:
- Is verbally abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to staff or other clients
- Attends the salon under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Engages in any form of discrimination or harassment
In such cases, any services in progress may be discontinued and the full service fee may be charged.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Studio 17 Salon website — including text, photography, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Studio 17 Salon and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Client photographs used in our portfolio or marketing are shared only with explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent for previously shared images at any time by contacting hello@studio71salon.in.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
